When you have a septic system there are certain things you should not flush down your toilet or drains.
Your septic system is not meant to be used as a trash can.
DO NOT FLUSH these items down your toilet:
baby wipes
dental floss
feminine hygiene products
condoms
diapers
cotton swabs
cigarette butts
matches
coffee grounds
cat litter
paper towels
napkins
medications
bleach
paints, pesticides, or other hazardous chemicals into your system
